Just got a booking for Saturday 10th November for the Railway Tavern, Hunmanby. I know it’s a little early, but you can put it in your diaries!

I also forgot to add to the gig list that we are at the Anvil Arms, Wold Newton for New Year’s Eve this year. Again, a bit early, but as you have your diary open,  don’t you

Remember we are playing this Saturday at the Star at Kilham, so we want to see you all there. We will start about 9ish.

We have another gig booked at the Star at Kilham next Saturday (the 19th). Last time we played in the bar there we had a cracking time, and didn’t leave until 3am.

We definitely want to see you all there!

We had a great gig at the Expanse Hotel in Brid on Saturday night for their Valentine’s do. We played nearly 4 hours of music, with much less chat and messing about between songs. My back has been aching, I’m not used to all that effort!

If you can make the Kirbymoorside British Legion gig, fantastic. We haven’t done that one for about 3 years, back by popular demand, or so I’m told! These clubs do need to get some young blood in them. Although we’re not exactly young now

We have had a few great gigs recently, and we are liking the Coble Bar at Filey a lot! We are getting lots of gigs there. The owners, Maria and Gary, are just fab, and are really working hard to make it a great music venue. Together with Chris from Boogie Woogies they are putting on a battle of the bands, and will be having music nights regularly every other Saturday night. Very cool, well done guys, and good luck. We would go if we weren’t playing so much!

We have had a change of date for the Anvil Arms. We are now playing on the 16th December, not the 23rd. Check the gig list for more dates. I will publish 2012 dates shortly. Let’s get 2011 done first, though!

Jane Robinson’s fundraiser gig for St. Catherine’s Hospice at the Sports Club, Hunmanby was a cracking gig, as always. Thanks to everyone who attended. We’re sad to here next year will be her last. Let’s go out with a bang!! There are some pictures of the evening on Facebook, and I have tagged us, so have a look for us.

Next gig is at Coble Landing, Filey on Bonfire Night, then at the Burton Arms, Burton Fleming. See you there!
